Adding a few Little Ruffles to Fall
Since I could remember I have loved shopping. The thrill of going into a store and seeing what is new was always exciting to me. I used to walk through each store touching everything I wanted as if whatever I had touched would end up in my closet that night. Hey, a girl can dream right!
Still to this day I find myself playing this game and one fall I noticed while shopping I had touched a million knit sweaters. The abundance of knit sweaters is undoubtably one of the best parts of autumn! I was taken the moment I laid eyes on this ruffle knit beauty from Club Monaco.
A Forget me “Knit”
I am a wee bit obsessed with knit sweaters and my boyfriend knows it. I distinctly remember this one time he knew I was having a rough day and instead of buying my flowers or chocolate he bought me a knit! One of his love languages is definitely gifts in the way that he loves giving to show love. Now I think of this token of love as my forget me “knit”.
– Get the Look –
I am a huge fan of quality over quantity now versus when I was younger. When you’re young the goal is to maximize the amount of goods you can purchase with your budget, often losing out on the quality. I love this sweater for the reason that it is 100% Merano wool and will be a feature in my closet for years to come. Not to mention the neutral tone will keep it in style as well.
My love for knits does not stop at this one sweater so I found a few more I am drooling over this fall in the turnstile below. My main focus for these finds were ruffle detail or simple chic cable knits perfect for layering. I will be hoping these are all in my closet tonight!
