ROUTINE GOAL // Start the next day feeling rested, at ease, prepared with a plan and with a clean work environment to tackle all my next days tasks.
WHY HAVE A NIGHT TIME ROUTINE? // Sometimes I have to go to bed very early because my alarm clock will go off at 3:30AM! Yes you saw that right! So I need to be able to settle my mind from the day and unplug from tech and social media. Folks this is how I do it! The One Hour Sleep Routine has been my saving grace! I really hope this video helps someone out there too.
