All of a sudden life feels extra hard when you’re in a rut. Trust me when I say, I have been there. I’ve experienced a rut in motivation, creativity, relationship and work and it’s not a great feeling.
Over time thankfully I’ve learned to recognize when I need to take some action to change my mindset (and I’m still not perfect). A rut can often feel like total burnout and complete lack of motivation. Don’t worry you’re not a lost cause, you might just need to mix some things up!
