Where to Stay in Paris for a Luxury Experience

Though Scotty and I didn’t have a chance to indulge in the spa experience the tour left us wishing we had more time! We are so grateful to have had the chance to stay at Les Jardins Du Faubourg due to a connection between Scotty’s Uncles, Howard and Bertrand, and an old friend of theirs Benjamin. Everyday we would wake up and be hesitate to pinch ourselves due to our own disbelief. This hotel is absolutely stunning and nestled in the perfect neighbourhood for a first timer to the city of love.

The hotel’s prime location in the Faubourg Saint-Honoré neighbourhood places guests in the heart of the city’s most fashionable and historic area, surrounded by iconic landmarks, world-renowned boutiques, and renowned restaurants. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens, making it the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a moment of peace and tranquility yet be footsteps away from the energy of Paris.

The hotel is just a short walk from many of Paris’ most famous landmarks, including the Eiffel Tower (we’d recommend a drive here to save time), the Louvre Museum, the Arc de Triomphe and the Notre-Dame Cathedral. The hotel’s Shiseido spa is a highlight, offering guests a variety of rejuvenating treatments inspired by the brand’s Japanese heritage. The spa features a hammam, sauna, and hot tub, as well as a fitness center equipped with the latest exercise equipment. We learned upon arriving you must book in times to enjoy these amenities to ensure guests get the most out of their time. Thinking about it now, I could have used a nice foot soak after all of the steps I did in my over the knee Stuart Weitzmans!

Scotty and I do have deep regrets about ordering the burger for room service after getting the bill. But we were in a rush and what’s done is done (haha). But we definitely loved the breakfast in the mornings. It made it so easy to wake up and go as a pair who desired a packed itinerary while visiting.
