What to Wear to a Chic Dinner Date in the Summer

26.05.24

For today’s daily outfit inspiration, I’m sharing a classic, chic, and elegant outfit perfect for an intimate dinner date night.

Daily: Classic, Chic, and Elegant Date Night Outfit | 05.26.24

This look features a simple yet sophisticated colour palette of black and white with a touch of my favourite colour, blue.

I’ve been challenging myself to wear my Odd Muse blazers more often, and this outfit was the perfect opportunity. It served as the outerwear, just in case we decided to sit on the patio and the temperatures fell as the sun set.

The base of the outfit is a flowy white skirt from Aritzia, which I am thrilled to have in my collection. This skirt is a dream with its incredible movement, ample fabric, and layered design. Each layer is delicately separated by a thin line of lace, adding a subtle touch of elegance. I can’t wait to explore more ways to style this versatile piece.

To contrast the feminine energy of the skirt, I paired it with a stunning black top from Dissh. Currently on sale, this top also comes in cream and silver, making it a versatile addition to any wardrobe.

The moment I added the brushed nickel and black leather belt, I felt my confidence soar. This belt embodies quiet luxury, perfect for when you want a simple staple piece to complete your look without the need for a bold logo. It’s a true WINNER!
